We truly enjoyed the very central location. We appreciated how clean the place was kept. - the new-fashioned units with a bathroom were great. - the Turkish bath was a nice touch. - the staff were reasonably good.

I appreciated hotel's marvellous and perfect location!!

Also, the property was close to a tram station. The staff was really kind, helped to choose bars and restaurants. The rooms were neat and new-fashioned, had smoke detectors for safety.

It was very dirty. The pool was a pond. The sauna was cold. The staff did not speak english very well. The breakfast was bad quality. Room service did not provide was with clean bedding and towels and no hover at all. Location was very raugh.

the breakfast was tasteless n poor , with such lovely n nice hotel n stuff i expected more variety n quality ...not mentioning the wifi reception in my room (1106) was filthy
